Over Night Oats 7 Ways

Over Night Oats 7 Ways

Who else seems to have more busy mornings than not? This Mom right here, thats who!! For my working moms outside the home, I feel for you. It has got to be a chore to get good food into your families tummies on these mornings. I absolutely love this simple prep oatmeal. Plus its packed full of all the good things that help keep use energized, thinking clearly and full for hours.  When my boys were little I was able to split the recipe between the two of them, but now they eat a full serving.

You can chose to heat the oats in the morning or grab them and eat later at room temperature or chilled. These also make a great afternoon treat since they are sweet and flavorful. I included the base recipe so that you could experiment and come up with your own creations, cheers!
