Cilantro -Lime Dressing/Dip

Perfect on salad or as a veggie dip!

Course: Raw Cleanse Week 1

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1 c Cilantro
  • 12 Avocado ripened
  • 2 tbsp Lime juiced
  • 1-2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 14 c Olive Oil
  • 1.5 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar I prefer Bragg’s brand
  • 18 tsp Salt

Directions

  1. Puree all ingredients in a food processor/blender until smooth. Taste and adjust seasonings if necessary.
  2. TIP: double or triple this recipe to use all week!
  3. I love to toss this with “noodles” and chopped veggies for a yummy fresh raw salad! perfect for my Total Wellness Program (cleanse week)!
