Perfect on salad or as a veggie dip!
Course: Raw Cleanse Week 1
- 1 c Cilantro
- 1⁄2 Avocado ripened
- 2 tbsp Lime juiced
- 1-2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1⁄4 c Olive Oil
- 1.5 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar I prefer Bragg’s brand
- 1⁄8 tsp Salt
- Puree all ingredients in a food processor/blender until smooth. Taste and adjust seasonings if necessary.
- TIP: double or triple this recipe to use all week!
- I love to toss this with “noodles” and chopped veggies for a yummy fresh raw salad! perfect for my Total Wellness Program (cleanse week)!
